Hi, I’m Heather, Founder of NutriFluency. I’m a Clinical Nutritionist with a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition (MSCN) from Sonoran University and a Certified Nutrition Specialist® (CNS) candidate.

At NutriFluency, we combine personalized nutrition consulting with advanced tools like epigenetic hair analysis and functional lab interpretation—helping you uncover not just what is happening, but why.
